Salon booking and cancellation Policy

1) It is the customers responsibility to read booking and cancellation policy prior to booking an appointment 

2) To book an appointment we require a 50% deposit at time of  booking. The amount will be deducted off the final bill.

3) Appointments are not exchangeable.

4) It is the responsibility of the customer to attend their appointment on time.  If the customer is late this will be deducted off their appointment time.

5)  A customer is required to give a minimum of 48hrs notice to cancel or amend an appointment. 

6) Cancellation within 48hrs of the appointment the deposit will not be refunded.

7) Failure to give the required notice and or failure attend an appointment, the customer will be liable to pay the full amount of their treatment
